Dr. Goodwin has been a God send. I have started sending all of my Class A CDL drivers to him for DOT physicals. Concentra was holding my driver's hostage requiring them to have a sleep study test before they would pass them on their physicals. This is not a DOT requirement. Dr. Goodwin is professional, knowledgeable and an absolute asset to our company assisting with DOT physicals. If I could give him 100 stars, I would! I highly recommend this practice!

The receptionist was friendly and got me in right away to treat the numbness. However after filling out paperwork and explaining my situation, I had to continue to do so with all three people. I was put onto a massage to heat up and loosen my lower back, but the area that was loosened by the machine never got worked on. No matter how much I tried to explain the condition and problem area, the massage therapist who never introduced himself or nor was professional, couldn't seem to figure it out. He used an electric massage to treat around the area and wanted me to come back to receive an actual message. The chiropractor. who was the last person I met, tried to adjust the wrong hip but did nothing else to evaluate or try to put me into alignment. This was my second time going to a chiropractor and I felt like for 85$ I was met with 'meh' service. I wanted to try different doctors in the area, but the first one I went to a year ago seemed to care a lot more about fixing the issue and had given me a full adjustment.They actually got rid of the pain and seemed more knowledgable than the practitioners at Goodwin Chiropractic. As kind as the receptionist was, I won't be going back. The problem hasn't gone away and I won't be going back for below par treatment.

Wonderful staff - Dr. Goodwin is extremely knowledgeable. I called as a new patient and they were able to see me right away. The massage therapist was also fantastic. The whole office is very warm and welcoming, and they are very much like the small family practices I'm used to seeing for health-related concerns. You'll feel better immediately!
