I came in for a car accident . The front desk was very organized and went over the top to accommodate me with the paperwork and in which direction to go next. These things can get very nerve wrecking if you dont have the knowledge but between the office manager and the staff made it so much easier for me. Dr. Scarano was very professional and caring. At the end I feel amazing and back to myself and received a very nice settlement .. My opinion is a win win for everyone... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went for 2 days and was disappointed each time. The staff seemed unorganized and not knowledgeable. The staff seemed more concerned about their personal life than their patients. Highly unprofessional and unethical. I've been at PI clinics in the past, each time they would have a "real" nurse ask me questions and check my vitals at each visit to be sure they were getting the results they wanted. They didn't talk about their personal lives in front of the patients and were very professional and respectful. Here, I walked in and get right to the procedures. I don't mind being rushed, but it seems like this office does not care about their patients or care if their patients are getting better. I ended my services and went somewhere else.
