First and last time going ...Made appointment online for 2pm. Went there and the rude lady behind the desk said it was 130. I showed her my text confirmation that they sent me saying it was at 2:00 and kept telling me it was 130. Said she called me but didn't bother leaving a voicemail. Horrible customer service didn't even try to reschedule me or give a lousy apology for they're screw up she just said they're fully booked for the day.

Very polite and helpful. Went in for my first appointment. Waited a bit but alignments only take 5 minutes so she was trying to get those out of the way so I'd have her full attention. Explained everything amazingly, answered all my questions and set me up with the Wellness Plan that day. They have a male and female doctor if you have preferences. Amazing vibes, amazing staff. Definitely recommend!

the quality of chiropractic care i've received at this location for The Joint Chiropractic is exceptional, and i cannot recommend this office, and its quality staff more highly... For months I've suffered with increasingly sharp & disruptive shoulder and neck pain; i was losing sleep, suffering all day & night; i honestly thought i was going to need surgery, or at least expensive Dr. visits, and more expensive physical therapy... I am so very happy i first decided to try out this inexpensive service in a very benign strip-mall office. The office itself is very clean, and totally comfortable. Dr Anna and the whole staff here take all the time necessary to inform me, describe their diagnosis, & explain their recommendations. They wasted no time in addressing my concerns and began right away to work on me ... i seriously felt relief after my first therapy session ! I began sleeping again without pain. Seriously, whatever it is exactly that they're doing is incredibly effective... also, and to me this is a rather big point; they've spent absolutely NO time trying to up-sell me on funny pills, "lifestyle" products or mattresses, or simply put, anything i dont need. They just do what they do; crazy deep massage stuff, bending you into odd positions, & work you out quickly and effectively... you dont need to take your clothes off, i can leave my boots on, im very comfortable with them. Take advantage of any introductory offers they have, and give them a try, i truly recommend it
