Terrible. Told me they took payment from insurance when injured in a car accident, so there would be no out of pocket and they would get paid through insurance. Well my claim took nearly 2 years to settle and the owners wife of Ford Chiropractic kept pressuring me to settle for a lesser amount with insurance so she could hurry and get paid. When I wouldn’t do it she sued me in small claims court saying it was my responsibility to pay it. (My case with insurance was still open) then she didn’t even show up to court…
