Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, I have been working with Drs Balog, Gentry, Cheng, Rak, and Fennimore and they are all wonderful (as is the front staff!). Dr Gentry was the first to see me after my accident, and I couldn’t ask for a more informative, validating, and reassuring experience. Everybody has a good sense of humor, which I really value, especially after stressful events.

I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. I was scheduled for an appointment but never received a confirmation message or reminder. I showed up on the date I believed was correct, only to find out the appointment was on a different day. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. Clear communication is essential, especially for patients dealing with injuries. I hope they improve their scheduling and notification system.

I was hit by a drunk driver on NYE and the entire team has been amazing. The TBI team & Alanna, Dr. Gentry for my chiro, Dr. Cheng for acupuncture, Jamin for massage and Dr. Balog MD has helped my recovery so much. they listen and coordinate all the care together so nothing is left out. I am so thankful for all of them. 🙏

* updated review I have seen Dr. balog twice now and I think he is fantastic. Very nice to speak with very caring and has new and different ideas to what I’ve heard from other doctors, and I feel he has my best interest at heart. This location no longer has Dr. kribbs Previous review below was two star I saw Dr kribbs several times I was having chronic nerve pain and unable to sleep. his recommendation was to try medication for 2-3 weeks that I’d already tried before which didn’t help me. When I asked him what if I continue to not sleep he said just go to hospital. Which isn’t ideal I didn’t see Dr balog so can’t comment on him but his reviews seem good Front desk are great

What a blessing to have Compass Pain and Wellness entire staff to wholeheartedly support my journey thru all phases of recovery process suffered. From automobile collision. I could not of asked for better care and concern thru the process. I have lived with disabilities most of my entire life making it difficult at times for me to express my feelings. I felt like they were able to meet me at my level while providing a safe environment for me to be treated.
