Was a previous patient. Scheduled an appointment a week ago for today. At 730am I receive a very short cancelation message saying their one dr isnt accepting new patients. If that is true, why does the portal allow "new patients" to Schedule. When you have chronic pain, you need these appointments. Lvpgs choice to not tell me until 3 hours before my scheduled appointment time, took time I could have used to find someone else. Instead, I have to wait for another appointment at another provider. Very bad communication for your patients you claim to care so much about. No wonder lvhn needed Jefferson to bail them out. those looking St Luke's on walbert Ave is accepting new patients, and they seem to be very caring about their patients.
