Dr. Dave is amazing! After falling off a ladder and hitting my head on rebar. When I went to my PCP at the time stated, “ it’s a post concussion”, gave me a paper to do exercises at home and sent me on my way. After 5 months of vertigo and not being able to look up, being nauseated most of the time, etc. found Dr Dave Simmons. He listened to my concerns, sent me for MRI and CT and went to ENT/Neurologist, who ran test and found out it was the crystals in my ear. He sent be to PT and this is the first for over a year I can actually look up at the sky! So if you want a PCP who cares and listens call for an appointment, he also is a chiropractor too, if you need any chiropractic done.
