Dr. Stef is so incredibly helpful. I always leave her office feeling 10x better than when I walk in. She listens to your concerns and explains everything clearly. She’s made a huge difference in my back, hip and neck pains with her adjustments, cupping and advice on how to change my diet. Dr. Stef also just recently started treating my 4 month old to help with his bowel movements and acid reflex. She’s so gentle and loving towards my baby which makes me feel safe under her care. I have been seeing Dr. Stef for Chiro services and help with a tear in my hip labrum - I was unable to put weight onto my right leg, I couldn’t walk straight and after a few sessions I can stand on my right foot again, walk normal and the pain has seriously decreased! She is fantastic and provides excellent treatment and advice. The massage therapist, Linda, is terrific.
