My particular issues include the standard desk-work issues - lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, and migraines - and Dr. Bentson's combination of stretching muscles, loosening knots, and a few well placed cracks definitely works for my situation. He talked me through the adjustments, explained his process, and compared it to previous treatment to make sure everything felt right. Dr. Betson also recommends a timeline for future adjustments, ranging from a week to a month depending on the issue, and is not pushy about follow ups. It is nice to meet a chiropractor who does not want three adjustments a week at top dollar.
