I have been going to Doctor Erena and Doctor Kynan for close to 5 years. They’re both incredibly professional and kind. Their knowledge and willingness to help is refreshing. I have been in three car accidents and have issues with my upper cervical. I also suffer from a mood disorder. The first time I went to get adjusted was in 2021 and I have never looked back. Doctor Erena’s expertise in Upper Cervical Orthospinology has helped me tremendously with pain, mood, and function. The first time I got adjusted I was shocked at how different it felt. I didn’t even realize the severity of my issues until I saw an X-ray and she and Dr. Kynan explained to me what was going on with my neck and back. Doctor Kynan adjusts my mid-lower back and it’s helped me with pain, function, and I’ve made strides physically and in the gym that I wasn’t able to prior to getting adjusted by him. My everyday life and quality of life has improved greatly since the start of my journey getting adjusted. If I have a physical symptom such as abdominal pain, headaches, or movement issues Dr. Kynan always gives me good tips and information on why things are happening and how to fix them going forward. Sometimes an adjustment is all I need for these symptoms to fade away! I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Erena and Dr. Kynan. They put things in terms I can easily understand and have a clear passion for helping people. They’ve been very accommodating any time I’ve had questions or pain. They look at you holistically and as a person, not just a patient. They don’t only address my needs with adjustments, they’ve also given me great recommendations for supplements, stretches, movements, and self care. They’ve also explained how much chiropractic care can help not just physically but mentally as well. Anytime I’m feeling a wave of mental health issues or pain I know who to schedule with. I would recommend them to anyone who was interested.

To begin I would like to say first that I've been dealing with balance issues, anxiety and neck stiffness for almost 10 years. I've been to several specialists, chiropractors and balancing centers and different types of therapy for this with absolutely no results. That is until I found Erena. Her knowledge and techniques that she offers at her facility are in my opinion above and beyond. After my first treatment I not only experienced pain relief in my upper neck but also stability in my balance that also helped my anxiety. She takes time to talk to you and also listen to you before she treats you. I give this facility a ten out of ten and would recommend it to anyone needing help.
