At no point prior to the visit was it mentioned that HFC does not participate with insurance. A simple, upfront conversation about costs and insurance policies would have saved a significant amount of time and avoided confusion. Transparency on pricing and coverage is essential so patients can make informed decisions before proceeding with care.

I can’t even begin to describe how HFC has changed my life. I’ve followed the clinic and Dr. Jen on social media for years prior to becoming a patient. About 2 years ago I had discovered I had a fractured L5 with bulging discs- an injury I had sustained at the age of 14 and only found out about it at the age of 41! I definitely wanted to put surgery off for as long as possible (indefinitely if I could) and had PT and 2 injections. The second injection didn’t provide me any relief and I decided to go outside my comfort zone… I am so glad I did! I said if I am going to pursue chiropractic care, I am only going to Hershey Family Chiropractic because I trust that they truly care about their patients and I trust that they won’t hurt me. Scheduling was easy. I love that the take x-rays and examine you, and come up with a plan the first appointment. I brought in my MRI and physician notes to add to my chart- Dr. Leanne said it was GOLD. Any additional information they can have creates an even more detailed plan. Well we set a plan up for the next 12 months… :) Well I’ve been a patient here now for 6 months. I get adjusted and decompression therapy and have recently added the assisted stretching to my the end of my appointments. Holy cats!- my mobility and quality has improved so much! Every chance I get, I tell people who have pain to come here. Every team member at HFC really cares for you and wants the best experience possibly.
