It took me over four months to make a phone call to set up my initial consultation. At that point, I felt like I had tried everything to bring change, calm, and health to my body. I was aware my nervous system needed a reset but did not know how. I tried functional medicine, supplements, acupuncture, physical therapy, restrictive foods such as gluten- and dairy-free, reflexology, GI doctors, and somatic exercises…chasing symptoms from gut and sleep issues to brain fog, frozen shoulder, and TMJ. Nothing brought the change I knew I wanted or thought was possible. I made an appointment. The scans revealed that my Delta brain waves were highly active, keeping my brain in a sleep state even while awake. It finally made sense why I felt extreme fatigue, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and like I was constantly zoning out…a functional freeze state that accurately reflected how I was living. This time, I did nothing. I showed up…one appointment after another. I have not restricted foods, taken supplements, or added extra somatic exercises. The first change was my body taking deep, natural breaths on its own…nothing forced, no practice. It changed on its own. Effortless. Through consistent care, my nervous system began to unwind, and safety took root in my body. I have been given back clarity, breath, sleep, mobility, and safety within. I feel grounded and present again. I now feel a level of potential for myself and my health that once felt impossible. The body knows how to heal when it feels seen, supported, and safe.

I started seeing Dr. Tony when I could not sleep for more than 2 hours at a time- even with medications, which I did not want to rely on long term. I felt like I was physically not functioning, while my brain was never shutting off. After my first visit, I slept about 5 hours. I now sleep a restful 6-8 hours each night. My daily life has improved. My brain fog is noticeably less. I can now finish tasks, read books, handle stress without overreacting, prioritize events/myself, and genuinely feel happier and more peaceful. After dealing with illnesses most of my life, my bloodwork has improved and symptoms are few. I am so glad I took a chance on coming here because I feel better than I have in years.
