There is a compound issue with my back and pelvic bone that I’ve been battling for over a year. I’ve tried everything from physical therapy to inversion therapy to cortisone injections to weight training and building muscle in the soft spots to try and take some of the pressure off the damaged cartilage. I didn’t think there was anything that could be done about the pain shy of waiting till it was bad enough for surgery. After just under two months of Dr.Monks care, the pain is gone. I don’t mean to a point where I can deal with it or that it’s barely noticeable. I mean zero. It’s vanished. I can sneeze and cough without it lighting up the base of my spine and bend all the way forward without any pain or resistance. 10/10 recommend his services. He is simply the best.

I had a back injury from lifting in 2016 and I couldn't walk, sit or lay down without immense pain. Dr. Monk had me fixed in a matter of a few visits. He calls this the youth card but I give him all the credit. I've been going to him since and he's the best at what he does. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Dr. Monk is gentile, knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced. I have past injuries that need maintenance work and he keeps me running. He is legit and not a quack. If you are in pain, give him a try.
