I started seeing Dr. Ralph around 24 weeks pregnant after having extremely uncomfortable and unrelentless supra-pubic symphysis pain. His adjustments made the pain much more manageable and by week 34 it was completely eliminated! His adjustments also helped alleviate the heartburn I had which was a complete bonus!! I have yet to give birth, but I am confident the work he has done to align my spine and pelvis will pay off tremendously as my goal is to have a natural, unmediated birth. I will write another review after labor. :) Overall I 10/10 recommend Dr. Ralph to anyone, but especially pregnant mamas - he is kind, respectful, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough!
