I have a bucketful of gratitude for Dr. Meyers, and feel confident I'd be months behind had I not sought his treatment, on the advice of a teammate. I've been a patient for over two years -- most recently for a painful rib injury that required a high degree of trust to treat. He approached both the injury and my fear of treatment with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Not to mention lightness! Having a joyful member on your team makes all the difference when you're down. And rarely do you find a clinician both skilled and humorous -- so much that you ENJOY going to your appointments. As others have said, the active release technique is magic and the self-management tools/education makes recovery much less murky. In addition to validating the emotional challenges present in physical ones, Dr. Meyers understands autoimmune issues and supports alternative healing - a unicorn-level trifecta. If you're in pain, or have felt frustrated or invalidated by the medical system, give this a shot!! Maybe, you too, will have a dream of your recovered injury growing spring flowers.

Dr Ben Meyers is a skilled practitioner of the chiropractic arts. I can schedule appointments within a reasonable amount of time. His sessions are always helpful and succinct. The pressure point activation always does the trick. My lower back would feel much older than it actually is without his help.

I can’t recommend Ben enough, seeing him regularly keeps me functioning well, and he’s kind and knowledgeable. I have seen him for several years, but he’s been a huge part of my recovery from an injury this past summer and always works within my comfort zone as it has changed and improved. He is very skilled and his adjustments are gentle but effective. Even my chiropractor shy best friend had nothing but good things to say about him after he helped her with a frozen jaw, and she is still using the methods he showed her to keep it from recurring over a year later.
