LOVE the new location and the rest of my previous review is as relevant today as it was, then…High quality care!! Can’t say enough about my experience with every appointment with Dr. Mike Catalanello at Comprehensive Health and Chiropractic, since the occurrence of an odd lower back/hip injury on my last day of vacation in 2021 and the excruciating 7 hour drive home. Thankfully, my wife was a recent patient of Dr. Mike and I was able to see him the next day. I felt immediate relief after the first appointment and was fully healed after a few weeks more, mostly from my desire and precaution. Dr. Mike doesn’t simply adjust you and send you on your way, he also educated me about posture and gave an exercise regime to do between appointments to further the healing process, between appointments. Two years ago, in January 2023, I told Dr. Mike that I began training to run the Philadelphia Half Marathon in November of that year and asked for guidance on stretching, especially since I have a chronic hamstring issue. Dr. Mike didn’t hesitate and provided me with exercises, encouragement and we designed a treatment plan for that year that got me ready to run AND to recover. I am going to embarrass him by saying this but he’s a healer in my book because he genuinely cares about my health goals and he takes the time to listen. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the warm welcome you will receive from Cathy, every single time you go into their Millersville (PA) office; between her smile and enjoyable conversations, it almost feels as if the healing starts there before you enter a treatment room. That’s been my experience and you can take my many words for it!

I have been hesitant and resistant to go to a chiropractor for years. But when I hurt my lower back and didn't bounce back right away, I listened to my wife and scheduled an appointment. A good friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Mike. I'm happy to report that my lower back 6 weeks later is fully recovered and back to normal. Dr. Mike has been amazing to work with. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and thorough (even prescribing stretches to do at home each day). The cost of visits are also very reasonable. Highly recommend. If you need a chiropractor, call Comprehensive Health and Chiropractic. You'll be glad you made the call.

Dr. Mike is awesome! I started seeing him when I was experiencing severe back pain earlier this year. He worked with me and now I am pain free. I still see him about once a month to keep everything aligned. I can’t recommend him enough. Now my whole family sees him.
