My experience with this particular location has improved since I first started coming. There were some challenges with consistency in terms of being open and letting people know when the location would be closed. However, the communication has improved tremendously, and when I did bring the issue up, they were gracious enough to credit me back some of my adjustments. I have been consistently coming to the location and the doctors have been very helpful and I’ve seen physical improvement. I’ve decided to continue with The Joint more so because it is much more convenient to be able to get in and get seen by someone when I’m experiencing a lot of pain. It’s a much more efficient and cost-effective process than going to a traditional chiropractor.

This place is a joke. I went in and filled out the paper work. Didn’t lie. I have felt dizzy before (I’m anemic it happens from time to time) felt numbness down my arms (when my neck is out, goes away once I’ve been adjusted) currently have a migraine (bc my neck is out). Have been seen by several chiropractors before. Never once have they told me they don’t feel comfortable adjusting me bc of these symptoms. INSANE!!!! Waist of time. I do not recommend waisting your time with these people! Would have given no stars if I could.

Set a first time appointment up for today. Was literally on the way to the appointment. Was right down the street from the office. 10 minutes before the appointment. Got a text stating the doctor went home for the day was sick. Definitely not the way to start off with a patient. Will not be making another appointment. You would think an office with that many patients that rely on them would have more than 1 doctor so this never happens. Would love to know where I can send my bill for them canceling on me without 24 hours notice!!!!!!!
