I have had chronic and severe back issues my whole life and were only made worse from military service. I've tried literally EVERYTHING from VA provided to community care and even paid out of pocket services from Clarksville to Brentwood and back......all turned out the same. Fast-forward to now and after meeting Dr. Nick (referred from my in-laws through his Tullahoma clinic), in the short time I have been seen by him has taken care of me in ways I never thought possible. From the numbness in my hands to the reverse curve of my neck, even delving into the playground of ailments from the bat of my neck to my tailbone.....long story short, i haven't been able to WALK (yes just the simple feat) this freely in at least 5 years, breathe without feeling like a bone was protruding from somewhere in my back...even after this last visit, took 25 mins in and out, left me feeling like I dropped an 80 lb ruck in his office and left it. This man should literally have his own show on television for the, I'm not gonna say miracles he performs, but for the level of straight forward top-tier quality care he and his staff give and is not forced. It is as genuine as a golden retriever walking up to you and it automatically making your day much better just from interacting with them.

I received outstanding customer support and professional services today as a first time patient. Massage Therapist, Brittney McElrath demonstrated her sought after experience, knowledge and accomplished abilities. Skillfully concentrating on my lower back and legs reducing tightness, strains and relieving pain through a variety of methods. Doctor Lynn Metcalf conducted a thorough interview of my lower back issues and utilized imagery, conducting alignments and range of motion analysis, and ultimately, performing a focused, lower back, vertebrae alignment followed by a monitored ice, cool down period . I am extremely satisfied with his expert knowledge, applied science and individual tailored approach. I look forward for another treatment scheduled for the end of this week.

I met Dr. Metcalf years ago when I started experiencing sciatic nerve issues. He treated my symptoms and had me back to walking without being in unbearable discomfort. Over the years, I have continued with routine adjustments and cannot think of one visit where I have left without feeling better. His patient care is exceptional; takes the time to talk about stretches, extends his care incase needed to any hour/any day for his patients, etc. Thank you to the office staff & doctors for always making me feel welcomed! I can not say enough great things about this practice. I went in with compressed nerve issues after my Neurologist did nothing to help the extreme nerve pain shooting down my thigh. Also, I recently had a total hip replacement which caused an imbalance with my pelvic, causing a limp and constant pain in addition to the nerve pain. I'd not seen an acupuncturist before and honestly had very low expectations to finding relief in my pain. I've seen the acupuncturist twice and my nerve pain has, to my surprise, reduced 80-90%, at times its 100% gone. 5 visits with the chiropractors, my pelvic imbalance and limp have greatly improved at least 75%. The Dr's are not only friendly, they take the time to actually listen to you about your concerns, take x-rays, then go over them with you, show you what they see and talk with you about the treatment plan best to help you, right then and there, not drag it out over 3 wks. The massage therapist, Afton, is amazing. She is great at listening to what you want out of the appointment and can actually provide deep tissue massage, which is not easy to come by. The adorable front office girl, Lindsey, is friendly, greets you by name and happy to help get your appts scheduled. So grateful to have found this practice.
