Both Dr. Crystal Rodenbeck and her husband Paul are practitioners at this office. Their practice is aptly named. I saw Paul first as he is an exercise physiologist, I was looking for help for chronic leg and shoulder pain. Seeing Paul twice a week for an hour at a time was the best choice I've ever made for my health (I suppose if someone is more disciplined than I, seeing Paul once or twice a month to work a program would be very beneficial). I had / have relief never experienced in a regular physical therapy setting. Dr. Crystal and her unique practice, and Paul with his gift of exercise physiology are a gift to the middle Tennessee area they live in.
