I couldn’t recommend Dr Julian enough for his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness! He is always ready to help and gives you all the tools needed to improve your health. The most important thing is that he will try his best to get you to improve your health with those tools in order for you to not need to come see him so often. This is where you know he wants the best for you and not what profits him. Highly recommend Dr Armstead!

I’ve been to 3 other chiropractors since moving to the city and did not have good experiences. Of course I was skeptical trying yet another chiropractor. Dr. A and I had extensive conversation prior to my booking an appointment with him because I needed to know that I could trust his care. He made me feel comfortable and established that level of trust even before I became a patient. His approach was different from anything I had experienced. He is more than just an adjustment shop; you get explanations, demonstrations, exercises, and massages, if needed. Also appreciate his flexible hours and office schedule for late or Saturday appointments. Great to work with and a good, all around family man. HIGHLY recommend.

Visiting Dr. Armstead is always such a positive experience! He truly wants to understand the root cause of any issues or concerns you are dealing with to address those areas specifically. I have been visiting him for 6+ months now & have truly appreciated his expertise! Dr. Armstead is amazing! I went in for my first adjustment since I was around 10 years old and I really liked how thorough he was before we even got to the table work. He took a holistic approach and we looked at all aspects of my daily life and work. I left feeling so refreshed! I appreciate the time and patience he took explaining why he was doing something. Dr. Armstead is without a doubt one of the most kind, genuine people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. He's incredibly professional while still being personable and engaging. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and will go the extra mile to ensure that they are addressed. He also has a wealth of knowledge about health, fitness, and wellness which he combines to help facilitate effective treatment for his patients. After seeing him I feel less pain, my postural imbalances have improved, I'm sleeping better, and I'm much happier in general. Most people don't like doctor visits but he's one of the few you'll look forward to seeing again and again.
