Love everything about this chiropractic clinic! Dr. Shutko explains the entire process extremely thoroughly, from showing you your X-rays and what is causing your pain and how she plans to treat you, as well as helping you understand the importance of your role in working together with her in order to maximize the benefits of your plan. Everyone at this clinic is enthusiastic and willing to help, but one person is particular, Jordan, is an absolute rockstar! She is kind, smart, and able to handle a multitude of tasks with ease while maintaining an always present calm demeanor. The overall laid back atmosphere coupled with the sincere care and very professional results is why I absolutely recommend that anyone needing chiropractic care come see Dr. Shutko!

the staff at this office are truly one of a kind and i’ve never had such a welcoming experience in a healthcare setting. it is clear that everybody here cares about their patients on a personal level. i spend the most amount of time with dr. shutko and jordan and cannot say enough kind things about them. i’ve had debilitating flare ups in my back for the past six years and they have greatly decreased over the past month i've been at this office.

The first day I walked into Dr. Shutko’s office, I could barely walk. The pain was unbearable, and an MRI confirmed three herniated discs and a bulging S1. I put my trust in this practice because I was desperate for relief, and while the treatments did help physically, the overall experience left me deeply disappointed. The office was severely understaffed and constantly behind. Appointments felt rushed, impersonal, and repetitive, with no meaningful time spent explaining my progress, treatment plan, or current condition. I often left feeling confused and unheard, rather than supported in my recovery. If you rely on insurance or are on a medical leave of absence, I strongly caution against coming here. Dr. Shutko made it very clear that completing required paperwork was an inconvenience to her. I needed forms completed monthly for my job, and every request was met with complaints and visible frustration. Asking for necessary documentation became stressful and humiliating. Ultimately, I was told I would need to find another provider because my paperwork needs and my desire to understand my own physical condition had become “a problem.” Being dismissed as a patient for advocating for myself was both shocking and hurtful. While I am grateful to feel better physically, the lack of compassion, communication, and commitment to me as an individual patient was unprofessional and unacceptable

The staff here are phenomenal! October ‘24, I was barely walking and “managing” pain with all sorts of meds that were hardly even masking anymore. It took some time and some learning, but Dr. Shutko and staff were there with me and answering any questions I could throw their way. Such wonderful people and a super peaceful environment. I can’t recommend them enough, if you’re looking for a chiropractor’s office that really cares.

Dr Shutko and her team are very professional. Shout out to the dogs who made my kids so happy. Dr. Shutko is passionate about her work. She explains very well what are the benefits of taking care of your spine. I’m almost in the middle of my entire therapy and I have more energy. I’m more aware of my posture. I sleep better too. The pain is gone, I just have a little sensitivity left that I’m working on with the exercises that the assistant, Jordan explains very well. On top of that, the entire team was super patient with my sons. One of them has ADHD, he was very apprehensive at first but now he feels ready to have his first session. This is becoming part of my annual medical check ups.
