The Dr goes home in the middle of the day and completely disregards the appointments he has, but there excuse is he didnt have any appointments, even after I handed the rude front desk girl my appointment card, and to top it off when I asked for x-rays she refused to give them to me because I said I was going somewhere else! Has she never heard of a release of medical records? Do not go unless you want to be treated unprofessionally!

Dr Doll is a kind and compassionate professional that cares for his patients. I've know and been treated by David for close to ten years now. His office is like any other in Midland. . It has it's ups and downs and suffers the struggle of hiring training and maintaining staff. In spite of the challenges David does his best to maintain a high level of service. Thank you for all you've done for me to keep me on my feet and back to work.

I went to Dr. Doll for about 6 weeks for help with neck and back pain. They were never able to relieve any of my pain they just kept telling me I needed more treatment. After about 12 appointments I quit going and they began sending me bills for treatment even though I paid at each visit. Their TENS units were old and didn't work half the time and occasionally Dr. Doll wasn't even available to see me for my appointment.

Last time I go in there, Talk about nickel and dime & over charge for everything. I've had amazing Chiropractic care before with great staff that treats you with respect and makes you feel welcomed. I paid over $70 for X-Rays and they want to charge me another 75 to get copies or originals. I know I have legal rights to any medical records that are mine. Dr. Doll is very kind but my appointments kept getting cancelled and rescheduled most of the time last minute. Usually they call and let me know. This last time that did not happen and the sub was not able to do anything for me but hurt my neck. I would have hoped they could have accredit that wasted visit on my next appointment but no. Even though they have done it for one of my co worker, unless she's lying. I'm done here I won't be back. This place was recommended to me but I will not be recommending anyone here. Dr. Doll was very nice and great of them to play Christian radio but the office staff and the processing of things here is not what I expected nor am I willing to put up with anymore.
