I’ve used this company in the past and I had no complaints. As a matter of fact, I’ve had given them a good review in other locations. Today my wife woke up with a terrible neck pain. Due to driving times, I wasn’t able to make it there before five. The pain was so sharp that she took her chances and drop there. She made it to the location at 4:21 PM and service was denied to her because there was not enough time. There was no waiting line. Really sad that this company stop caring about the well-being of people and turn into a corporation where time versus profit is more important than delivering well-being for customers. IF YOU CONSIDER THAT NEW PATIENTS TAKE LONGER TIME YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE “NEW PATIENTS WITH 30 MINUTES SESSIONS.” Never coming back again.

I walked into the clinic at 4:22 on a Saturday afternoon in so much pain asking for help with my neck. They told me that because I had not been there in five years I would be a new patient and they don’t have enough time for a new patient and because they close at 5pm. On the website it states new patient appointments last as much as 30 minutes. I’m a mom of a toddler and it hurts so much to even pick him up at this point. I was desperate and felt they had no sympathy because they get off in 38 minutes. As a nurse I would never treat someone like that.
