I has been putting off seeing a therapist for severe back pain I had been experiencing for about a month. Putting it off to the point where it had become almost unbearable. In desperation I contacted their office on a Friday morning and despite a half day schedule they worked me in. I was overwhelmed by the professionalism of his staff, and impressed by how thorough DC Hughes was in his evaluation and emergency treatment. I left their office with significantly less pain, and look forward to future visits to reach a complete recovery.

The office came off as a scam to me. I set up my appointment and asked for the cost. I was told the appointment would be free. This was not true. The consultation was free. I filled out all this paperwork and while waiting I felt a weird vibe. Things felt sketchy. For some reason, I was given a tour and introduced to random staff members, then escorted to meet the doctor. We chatted, then he said he needed to do an evaluation and X-rays and the cost would be $169. I told him I had X-rays from my doctor (which I was told to bring by whoever made my appointment). He didn’t even look at them stating he probably wouldn’t be able to open them. He pulled out the cd for seconds then got flustered and said he only trusted his own x-rays. Again, sketchy. At least look before you decline them. To me, it came off as regardless of what I had or the diagnosis my doctor gave me, he wanted his money. Which to be honest, I would have been happy to pay if I wasn’t lured under false pretenses. I want legitimate service and it seems like they have a lot to offer. The two stars are because of the “potential” treatment but the lack thereof because I don’t trust their office. If they were upfront, they would have gotten my service.
