I loved this clinic until they recommended a novice attorney Ricardo Julio who was a total flop with my lawsuit against Alstate. He's probably a very nice person but nice doesn't work with the big guys at major insurance companies. Everyone involved profited but me. I'm in pain everyday and my right hand is messed up. Julio recommended a repair shop that failed to properly repair my car. I am very BITTER!!! All the pain and suffering I have endured to this day more than 2 yrs after the accident got me $6600. Mr Julio told me he is a client of Alstate himself and that he has 100 clients! Really! He never should have been recommended to me and never should have accepted my case!!!

August 7, 2025 was my first visit to Axis Chiropractic & Rehab. The customer service from the front to the back team members was fantastic. Dr. was also extremely knowledgeable and great personality. I feel great after just one session! I also like that the price quoted on the phone was the price charged.

I've been seeing Dr. Moya for about four yrs. now. I've always been very pleased. and greatful for all his services. He is a gentle giant with a heart to match. I will never consider changing to another provider. He has a great personality and and I love his humor too. His staff has been chosen to perfection. They are all so congenial and dedicated to a job well done. I can go there in pain and misery and leave feeling like a new person. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this clinic, Dr. Moya and his staff. Thank you all so much!

I cannot say enough good things about Axis and everyone who works here. I came here pretty consistently week to week but had to stop because I couldn’t fit it into my schedule anymore, but everyone that works here is very kind and attentive to every individual. They remember what you need based on your injury/concerns and Dr. Moya really knows what he’s doing. He is super friendly and always remembers what’s going on in your life (it’s like therapy and chiro wrapped into one appointment!). The only thing I would change about this office is the music they play as I’m not religious, but it did have a calming effect. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I had an appointment at 0830 with my wife at 0930 so that we could wrangle kids back and forth. The day before my appointment I received an email and a text message reminding me of my appointment. I spent 20 minutes dicing my jeep so that I could show up on time. I arrived and there was a sign in the door stating that because of road conditions they weren't opening until 1030. The sign had been put up the day before. They wasted our entire morning and couldn't bother to give us a heads up that our appointments were canceled. When I talked to the person at the front desk, no apologies, didn't care at all, basically it's not there fault there was ice. I'm not sure how anyone could think this is acceptable behavior. You had ample time to inform us our appointments were canceled. Appointment reminders were sent the same time you knew you wouldn't be open. The text message and email that were sent as reminders shows two modes of communication were available. At the very least an apology was warranted.
