Matador Rehab and Performance Training is hands down the best place I have ever trained. The results I saw from strength training with them were massive, not just in how much stronger I got and the numbers I was able to hit, but also in how my body felt overall. I also had the chance to experience some of their treatment services, and they worked absolute wonders. Every single person there is professional, highly knowledgeable, but more importantly, they are some of the kindest and most welcoming people you could meet. Being there always lifted my mood because the environment is incredibly positive, motivating, and full of energy. They have created a space where you feel supported, challenged, and cared for all at the same time. It is a group of spectacular people who go above and beyond, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Dr. Elias has been very good at treating my hamstring injury. He has been adjusting my treatment plan to my personality, which has been making the rehab process more effective. Although I don’t always get to my rehab exercises I feel like he adjusts the exercises for things that I’m successfully doing. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. However, he laughs with me and jokes around, which I appreciate because it makes more comfortable. I’m also feeling stronger in other areas of body which makes it feel like I’ll be able to prevent future injuries. I can’t recommend him enough.

I had an incredible experience at Matador Rehab & Performance! Dr. Matt Franz, DC, and Dr. Elias are absolutely brilliant. They took the time to carefully listen to my injuries, thoroughly evaluated my strengths and weaknesses, and designed a personalized program just for me. They paid close attention to my progress and adjusted my exercises whenever I struggled, which made all the difference. What really stood out was their comprehensive approach to pain management — offering different modalities like needling and shockwave therapy. I came in limping and in pain, and left feeling completely pain-free. On top of that, they provided excellent follow-up support with emails including videos of my exercises to keep me on track. The experience has been very good, from the payment options and packages. My 8-year-old son is being treated and is very happy. He had not found a place where he felt confident to be at the therapy table and here he felt comfortable from the first day. The treatment has been very good and we are very happy with the results.
