I’ve got a story! I’m a practitioner that helps people understand the emotional charge behind their physical dialogues. That being said, our bodies hold all of our lifetime stories. There comes a time in life where we look for help with our physical pains. A Chiropractor is an excellent alternative resource. Not just any Chiropractor, the kind of physical manipulation of the skeletal system like “Unwinding “. That is Dr. Tina Grau’s specialty. It took 62 years for me to get where I’m at with all the injuries sustained over the years, including a car accident in 2023. It would be illogical of me to think that Dr. Grau can reverse that in a couple of sessions. Here’s the thing about our physical stories; when they come to the surface, it most certainly will get our attention, and sometimes not always in the way we would prefer. Understanding how our emotions and our body can play a dance we would prefer not to experience, non-the-less it would behoove us to dance with it anyway. I found myself desperately wanting to turn around and go back home miles before I even got to her office. With time, my panic was just miles from her office, then lights away. Till finally no panic. I moved through my fear! Dr. Grau has been most patient with my journey. With self love I persevered through my journey and looking forward to my victory with each visit to her office. I love listening to my physical dialogue, such an interesting experience! So don’t expect to go through this process without your own experience, and have the courage for self love to follow through. You are worth it! And your body will thank you! Be patient with yourself, you didn’t get we’re you are overnight. I celebrate your victory, as I do my own!

Doctor and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Grau provides a unique type of chiropractic therapy called advanced bio structural correction. No one else in the area appears to offer this. It is a long-term approach to correcting the roots of your actual issues and not a quick fix that only helps for a day or two. Even though it is a long-term strategy, you are not required to sign up for any type of contract like some other chiropractors in the area.

Went to see Dr. Grau after a fender bender I waited well over an hour to be seen. When I finally did get seen she scolded me saying I did not inform her staff I was involved in an accident. She then flipped through the paperwork that I had an hour to fill out and saw that I had in fact filled out an entire sheet of paper detailing the accident. She performed adjustments before seeing any X-rays and told me I would need to keep returning for therapy and adjustments. Dr. Grau is extremely rude and condescending she will make nasty comments to you while she is performing adjustments. I left her office in more pain than ever. The reply from owner is not a constructive response to my uncomfortable experience. Where I felt bullied and berated by a care provider. Snarky comments about a patients coffee breath asking them if they brought you any, is unacceptable and hurtful. Rather than apologizing for my long wait time and truly upsetting experience the owner chose to critique my typos. Please treat others with kindness and respect.

I cannot sing high enough praises on this chiropractor and her practice! After spending $$$ at Aiirosti to treat my plantar fasciitis with no lasting benefits, Dr Grau worked on my spine and was able to remove the pain in my heel in a matter of months. Seriously. No more pain there! Her method of chiropractic treatment actually works! The staff is very friendly and inviting. I love going in for my tune-ups. I know that I am being positively affected by the treatment each time. I feel so good about it that I take my 10 year-old in as well.
