Dr Alan is the best! He treat all 3 of my children and is currently treating me as I finish out my 4th pregnancy. This isn’t the first pregnancy I’ve had chiropractic care, but definitely has been the best end to a pregnancy I’ve experienced thanks to expertise! He does a phenomenal job making my kids and I feel comfortable and at ease. My kids constantly ask when we will get to see Dr Alan again. We are all big fans of everyone at Foundation Chiropractic!

Dr. Alan was such a blessing during my third trimester. I had never been to a chiropractor before but desperately needed help managing my low back pain after three pregnancies in less than four years. My back pain was so bad it was making it hard for me to care for my little ones, but after a few visits to Dr. Alan, I felt like a new person. It also helped me to mentally feel prepared for labor and for bringing a new baby into our family! He is very kind and professional, and my boys loved going to the visits. His office manager is also very kind and professional! I would recommend any pregnant women struggling with pain go see him!
