I could tell on my first visit that Heather really know her stuff! The things she showed me about my body were amazing and kind of weird. I'll share again after I get my first months of treatments. I'm committed for the long run and am hopeful after nothing else has worked to heal my back.

I believe in the power of belief and believe that people intend to be good even if they actually behave in ways that are not. From what I saw, this office does have the intent to help others. I think for the right INDIVIDUALs they could offer a lot of care and help. Unfortunately for us we are a FAMILY unit. And one with many very complex situations which calls for some outside the box thinking and managing. I manage all the finances which includes insurance/scheduling so we can handle all of the different complex needs and still have time for life and for each other. Visits will include basic Marketing Schemes- watch this video, I'll tell you what you need, give it to you without telling you it costs you something and then charge you for it. Fine, it's whatever. We'll support the office because we believe in what you do. We'll sit through the MS or what have you. Give you money for things we don't really need, because the energy is that of a place for healing and that's what we need as a family right now. We need to learn to take care of our bodies and figure out ways to better manage our stress. However, part of the MS is to get you to max out your visits at the beginning and have you set behavioral patterns so you become attached to office and get used to going. I get that. It takes 28 days to set a habit and they want their office to be habit. That didn't work for us. 3 days a week is too much, for many personal reasons. There's just not enough time for all of it. This is where the family dynamic comes into play that wasn't respected or listened to. I made it very clear from the beginning that the biggest commitment we could do was 2 times a week. But what did this office do when I told them what they didn't want to hear? They went straight to my partner! Of course he's going to just nod and say yes all the way through when he doesn't manage anything that makes it happen. He didn't want to go to begin with. They have no idea what actually goes on and they stepped over the line. While he was doing the sheep nod she had the nerve to tell me that I need to "open my mind to other possibilities". Mmhmm. excuse me? You have no idea the full dimensions of our dynamics or what goes on in this family, nor should I be forced to explain it. How dare you insult me and how our time is managed and how we do what's best for us. Speaking to me as if you know and then trying to go around me. That's the place where one recognizes that it's more about money and manipulation then it is about personal caring and healing. 2 times a week with 4 people is more then enough commitment and support for the business.Regardless it caused an undue amount of stress and argument for our family and it actually caused more harm then good so we will no longer be attending. Like I said at the beginning,"Intent".The intent was good. The execution was bad. There should be options for people who want to subscribe to the marketing stuff and have the time to come in midday for sessions and options for people who have other priorities and still want to include treatment. And they'll tell you there is, but that's not the reality. Arianna and Mike are very wonderful and amazing. They have very positive energies that add to the power of the space. This review is of no reflection of them. It would fare better for this office to be less gimmicky and pushy in their attempts to heal people. Everyone has their own pace and their own life circumstances. If they can integrate that into their understanding and their practice, I believe they could increase their clientele and create healthy lifelong relationships that would be mutually beneficial for everyone.I would say, if life is simple for you and you're not managing a whole family of complex individuals, then you should give this place a chance and see how it does for you. I really do believe this place has the power to heal. It just didn't work for us. Good luck in your adventures and may your life be filled with Joy, Love and Peace!❤️ Note: I had to heavily edit out details due to word limits.

They take extra special care of their clients. Warmth, gentleness, compassion and detailed explanations for educating clients in spinal wellness! I won't ever go elsewhere after experiencing the depth of care they consistently provide. It's worth the 1.5 hour travel time!

I went to Dr. Heather originally because my back hurt and I was stressed out all the time. I was seeking and expecting someone to give me immediate relief. Although a session with Dr. Heather does provide immediate relief in a way, since I feel relaxed after an adjustment with her, I have learned that if I want my life to change, more than one thing in my life has to change. “Doctor” means “teacher”. Dr. Heather is a true doctor because she has not only taught me about wellness, but she has done something more sustainable and interesting: She has awakened curiosity in the realm of wellness and increased my motivation to address every habit in my life that has been contributing to my back pain. Here is the list of what I’ve come to realize are contributing factors: • inconsistent sleeping patterns • inadequate nutrition • inadequate exercise • negative patterns of thought • spinal neglect Dr. Heather is a true doctor because she has taught me how to tend to every part of my life, instead of just focusing on the part I am complaining about and prescribing a pill to make that part “shut up”. Dr. Heather listens to the body, and interacts with it through her chiropractic practice to help it become aware of unhelpful patterns, so it can remember its original patterns. Or something like that. I’m not sure what is happening, but my life is better than it was in every way right now compared to what it was like before I started working with Dr. Heather. Thank you Dr. Heather for not labeling any of my symptoms as bad, but for helping me see that they are teaching me something. It’s as if my pain is my doctor, because it’s teaching me something about what I need.

Wellspring does a fantastic job educating clients on health and wellness practices. Staff are very friendly and the facility is very soothing. Adjustments are gentle and not jarring like some places I’ve visited. They are very committed to lifelong wellness and provide many resources. The doctors also provide nutritional coaching with supplements made from organic produce.
