I put off seeing a chiropractor for a long time because I honestly didn’t think it would make a difference. From the first appointment, Dr Hamidi at District Wellness took the time to answer every question (and I had a lot!). He never made me feel rushed or silly for asking. He has taken a truly holistic approach, helping not just with my back and neck pain, but also things like my tennis elbow, and everything is explained in a way that makes complete sense. What I appreciate most is that Dr Hamidi actually measures progress. There’s a clear plan, clear goals, and I can see and feel improvements. I was worried I was just being overly fussy about the pain, but the difference in how I feel now is undeniable. I’m more comfortable day to day, and even small things I used to ignore are improving. If you’re hesitant (like I was), I would absolutely recommend giving them a try. It’s been genuinely life-changing for me.

Dr. Hamidi and his team are top notch. They are understanding and very accommodating - scheduling is always stress- free.
