Dr. Joseph and staff are great! In and out service. Went in with neck pain and left relieved. Only the first vist and had great results. Plus who doesn't like coffee and cookies? I highly recommend.

Overall, my experience wasn’t terrible. I do believe they could spend more time engaging and asking for updates on issues rather than just treating for what they previously treated for. Lastly, their billing services are unacceptable. If I’m paying at any point in time in store, I should be notified of any outstanding balance not hear about it weeks to months later after continued spam/harassment. Their financial services need better communication with their front desk!

Dr Holmes is an excellant doctor. I recently fell on some ice and came in to see him. He listened to what had happened and carefully performed a thorough physical exam to determine the extent of any injuries I might have had. After that, he made some adjustments to nudge ssveral vertebrae back to their proper position. He is kind, calm, and methodical. He alters his treatment plan as needed.

Called as a new patient and got in the same day! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the pre check in paperwork was pretty easy! Dr Travis was very friendly and had some great jokes! His level of care was excellent and I felt better when I left! I would highly recommend!

Waited six weeks to submit a review - I wanted to see how I responded to the treatment. (VERY bad chiropractor experience in the past.) I need not have fretted - my back & hip are now (nearly) pain-free, after decades of pain. I started acupuncture last week for joint pain-relief; my hip pain no longer randomly drops me to my knees. There are four doctors - Dr. Joseph is in charge of my care and he's been amazing. His bedside manner is such that I have to remind myself he's not a family friend. He really listens to you, then asks pertinent questions to zero in on your hot spots to provide the proper treatment. It's nice to feel seen. Everybody else in the office are great, the receptionists & therapy assistants are always smiling and cheerful. They're also busy as heck - it's impressive watching them move from room to room to monitor each patient. To top everything off today they presented me with an adorable mini-cupcake (with lighted candle!) for my birthday - talk about above and beyond! Prices are very reasonable, and I believe some insurances cover chiropractic care. Definitely recommended!
