If you’re looking for a professional, caring, and kind chiropractor, Dr. McLaughlin is the right choice. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond. I walked in without an appointment in severe pain and could barely walk. Dr. McLaughlin squeezed me in during his lunch break, checked in on me afterward, and even saw me again on his day off. Pat was also incredibly kind and helpful. This office is a true gem. Thanks to Dr. McLaughlin’s expertise, I’m walking again and in much less pain. Highly recommend this practice.

About a year ago, Dr. McLaughlin came highly recommended so I made an appointment. I’ve never regretted it. He cares about his patients and does a really good job of addressing my needs. Then a few months ago, I tried the core machine at his practice. That has been a game changer for me. My core is stronger and I feel the difference in my entire body. I would recommend him if you want to feel better and get stronger. Dr. McLaughlin is a super nice person and my appointments are always pleasant. Having fun and getting healthy - it doesn’t get any better.

I visited Dr. Mclaughlin for sciatica pain relief. He he hooked me up to a vibrating machine which did relieve the pain. The treatment was fine and my pain was addressed. I went for a total of two visits, each time Dr. Mclaughlin recited horror stories of patients who had similar back issues and how their conditions had progressed over the years. He tried to make me believe that I would need extensive treatment for my sciatica or that my condition would surely worsen and I would likely need to be carried into his office like one of his other patients. When I mentioned what I had learned regarding the condition and back pain in general in the course of researching, he said "I don't want you to worry about that" and continued to discourage me from learning anything about my condition or possible treatments. Frankly my "condition" was nothing more than back pain and a pinched nerve which many people have but Dr. Mclaughlin tried to frighten me into believing my ordinary backache would progress until I was rendered immobile if I did not continue with his prescribed treatments which involved coming in for routine visits with him. I was 21 years old and I believe this corrupt doctor saw me as an easy opportunity to rake in big money. The way he tried to terrorize me into believing that I had a serious problem coupled with his discouraging me from learning anything about my issue was unprofessional enough but to add, I declined to make a follow up appointment because my pain had subsided to which Dr. McLaughlin responded by sending me an angry hand written letter chastising me for declining to return for routine treatment. His angry letter to a 21 year old patient who last left his office in good standing, bills paid was unwarranted to say the least. Dr. Mclaughlin warned me that he would never treat me again simply because I declined routine care and warned me never to return to his office. His tone was maniacal and unprofessional at best and abusive at worst. I honestly believe that this doctor had targeted me as someone who could easily be duped into unnecessary costly treatments based on my young age and was very angry when I resisted being duped by him. That was several years ago and I am happy to say I am in good health and none of Dr. Mclaughlin's dire warnings about my back pain progressing panned out. People need to know about a doctor that treats patients this way. There is no sound reason to treat patients with anger and resentment just because they do not choose to return indefinitely for treatments. Writing 21 year old patients, or anyone, angry letters full of viciousness and threatening warnings is never an appropriate way for a doctor to behave. I wonder if this doctor would have written such a message to an older person. He seems to feel entitled to abuse his younger patients. There are surely more ethical doctors to choose from in the area.
