I had severe pain in one foot that was not resolved with orthotics. A friend suggested seeing a chiropractor based on the issue. I made appointments for free consults with 3 chiropractors. I was told that the chiropractor would evaluate my issue and provide a recommendation for treatment. The first chiropractor did not even touch me then recommended physical therapy and chiropractic sessions. All this on the basis of a conversation. I asked when the exam would take place and was told at the first paid session. The second chiropractor said that I needed 5 sessions per week which seemed to be a bit much for me. The 3rd chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Roth at Williamsburg Neck and Back, was refreshingly honest. He said that he did not think that chiropractic sessions would help my foot issue. He suggested that I go to the Point 2 Running Company for shoes that would redistribute the pressure on my foot. I went to Point 2 the following day. A week later, the pain is almost completely gone. A pair of sneakers resolved a problem that one chiropractor wanted to treat with 5 sessions a week for an unspecified amount of time. While I was in the office for my foot, Dr. Roth performed a treatment for my chronic back pain. That one treatment has made a major difference. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Roth. I cannot recommend him enough. I would rate him 5+ stars on his honesty alone!!!

Dr. Roth is wonderful! Knowledgeable, kind and considerate, he takes time to listen to your concerns. Rare today! We always feel so comfortable in his office. My husband and I love his staff! They are consistently pleasant & helpful! If you are looking for a great Chiropractor, look no further!

If you don’t believe in miracles anymore, I highly recommend visiting Back and Neck Chiropractic Center. Dr. Roth truly worked a miracle for me. I honestly did not expect to feel such a significant improvement in my back pain after just the first visit. Dr. Roth was honest, fair, and never tried to oversell treatment, which I truly appreciated. We initially scheduled another appointment with the understanding that relief might come gradually, but he was very transparent and focused solely on what was actually needed—unlike many practices that push unnecessary visits. The entire staff was extremely polite and respectful. Everyone, including the doctor, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made sure I felt heard and comfortable. This practice is now my number one choice for any future back or neck issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff has been incredible, from the time of calling to make the appointment to check out. Everyone has really shown and been compassionate caring for me. I was in an immense amount of pain when I first contacted the office, the receptionist was kind and could tell over the phone I was not feeling well and verified my insurance benefits and worked me in that day. The nurse was very thoughtful reassuring me and checking on me through out my treatment. Dr. Roth was amazing, explained the recommended treatment, talking through the treatment being done, reassuring me of the positives and the outcome after completing my treatment. I will be recommending Dr. Roth and his staff to everyone and I will be returning after my treatment as a regular maintenance patient.

I’ve been going to see Dr. Roth for years now. I won’t go to anyone else. Period. It’s been a couple of years since my last visit, because he does such a great job addressing my issues and alleviating my pain. But I needed to go in for a long overdue adjustment today, and because he’s such a personable doctor, he just picked up where we left off in 2023, and we caught-up on one another’s lives like two old friends. Dr. Roth listens and asks me what I’d like him to work on and makes sure I’m satisfied before we complete each session. There have been a couple of times when I’ve walked-in with a cane, due to my sciatica flaring-up, and then walked-out feeling like a million bucks and threw the cane in the trunk of my car. The office has a relaxing atmosphere, and I enjoy each visit from the moment I check in at the door to the moment I leave. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Mind you…I do not have insurance coverage for chiropractic care, so I have to pay out of pocket, but I think my adjustments are very affordable and worth every penny. My injuries are not treatable with surgery, and I’m thankful for the treatments I can get from Dr. Roth to keep me pain-free and mobile without having to rely upon prescriptions. I do not need to take them. I tell all my friends to see him before opting for surgery or taking prescription drugs, as neither may be necessary with a great chiropractor, like Dr. Roth.
