When I first walked in there I thought I was at some audition for America's Next Top Model every single one of the chicks there is extremely beautiful and naturally my first time being there it was a little intimidating but the interactions with him were totally down to earth easy going stress-free and super fast at taking care of business they always stay on top of things make sure you get your text messages your notifications ahead of time. They work with you on the scheduling and I've only been there twice but I felt at home by the time I got registered at the front desk. Just want to say thank you guys for making my appointments easy to deal with for being flexible so polite and to the chiropractor lady for being patient with my questions and just easy to understand what was going on. Northwest Injury Clinic is not my favorite place to spend my free time but I don't EVER mind being there and they always make me feel welcome!!! ##5 STARZ EVERYTIME ##BOMBSHELLONTHEGRIND ##RECOMENDEDTOALL ##NWICROCKS

I had my first appointment at the Kennewick office. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The chiropractor that I met with was very kind and friendly. He didn’t try to push me into having any treatment or services done that I did not want or need like some offices. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.
