No, No, NO! I found Mark Kossian and his office extremely unprofessional. Though the two receptionists were quite friendly, they couldn't even give me the network/password even the email of the practitioner. (I had elaborate electronic notes from my physical therapist that I wanted share with him for our visit first.) He said he "was not very "techy." I could not email him the notes. (Good grief! ) I had two visits with him. I did get an X-ray on our first visit. I have had four X-ray and MRI's for my surgeon. He went over them with me in great detail. This provider did not. If fact, I didn''t even feel confident that he was reading the X-ray comprehensively. Once we went over the X-ray he did a few adjustments. He did not give me a complete explanation for why/what he was doing. The second visit he could not have spent more than 15 minutes tops with me. No high marks for this chiropractor.

Dr Kossian is a great chiropractor - he has decades of experience, and takes a holistic approach using chiropractic, light massage, and traction together to loosen muscles up prior to adjustments so the adjustments are more effective.
