Went to Dr. Marconi on and off again for years. Today I went in for a walk in visit and explained to the person behind the counter that I had new insurance that differed from my previous visits. After they type in all my information and make a copy of my insurance card they inform me that Dr. Marconi will be with me shortly and that they need to check with her to see about a “copay”. Dr. Marconi comes out with her new dog and says that she doesn’t accept my current insurance. I asked her why and she seemed like she had an attitude and brushed me off coldly and replied “I can spend $55 for a session.” I told her no thanks because I have a different option. I understand if she doesn’t accept my insurance but I don’t appreciate her energy or demeanor after all the time and money I’ve spent at her practice. She basically walked away from me while I was talking. During the visits that I’ve spent my money with her and paid out of pocket, she has all the time in the world to chit chat. I’m glad that her true colors showed and that it’s all business at the end of the day. You lost my respect as a patient and I’ll just say that every time I go to her office that she has a new receptionist. That speaks volumes. Won’t ever go back there.

A hidden gem! I can’t believe I lived in Hilltop for so many years without knowing about this clinic. From massage therapy to chiro to all the amazing goodies in the gift shop, Dr Marconi is my new go to. As someone who has been to many other chiropractors, I have never felt more taken care of. Highly recommend!

Where do I even start?! Michelle is **THE** BODY WHISPERER!!! I was lucky enough to find Michelle back in…2006 to 2008 ish and she has been a help in so many ways. Adjustments from her have become not only getting my physical body realigned (as one would typically think) - it’s much more than that, she’s out here realigning souls, reconnecting our minds to our bodies - like I said up there 👆🏼 whisperer. Michelle’s level of patient care, awareness and compassion is unmatched. Oh and let’s touch base real quick on her GLORIOUS boutique…so gorgeous, so peaceful, so zen. Michelle and the whole crew, thank you for taking such good care of me all these years!!

Really wonderful place - I’ve received both medical massage and chiropractic care here for almost a year. All of the massage therapists are wonderful as well as Dr. Marconi. The vibe is wonderful, nice welcoming waiting room, excellent customer service, and it feels like a community. There are also really nice boutique items for sale like jewelry, candles, lotions, salves, etc. They support local artists. They are very queer friendly; I found them at their booth at Pride last year! I highly recommend Marconi’s!

All of the practitioners at Marconi Chiropractic and Wellness clinic are amazing. Dr Marconi is impressive in her ability to determine exactly what areas are causing me issues. She uses manual adjustments not some weird torture contraptions. There are three fabulous massage therapists, who each have their specific strengths. I love to rotate through each of them, as they all have slightly different techniques. I always leave the clinic feeling phenomenal. Dr Marconi helped me heal from an auto accident and traumatic brain injury. I was not an easy case, but Dr Marconi researched treatment options until she found one that worked for me. I'm forever grateful!
