I am posting this so people are wary of neck adjustments. I went here looking for a new chiropractor as moved to Vancouver from Portland in August 2021. I was told they could fix my neck issue after taking X-rays. Dr. H adjusted me 4-5 times. Instead of a single pop in the neck, he did it more like a piano keyboard. Sept 3rd I had a headache appear immediately after the adjustment. I notified them and eventually was told they no longer could assist me after a few additional follow ups. That headache turned into a pinched nerve and daily migraines which have not resolved. I have been working with neuro doctors since and it has changed my life from being a happy person to someone with chronic pain. The Dr and staff were kind, however, I recommend avoiding the correction course in your neck as something like this is life altering.

I've received amazing patient service and care from the very beginning! I was looking for a chiropractor that had experience with hypermobility syndrome as I was diagnosed a little over a year ago and suffer everyday from some sort of pain. The front desk staff recommended Dr Tyler Winters. He is amazing, caring, patient and just all around great with patient care. The staff in the office are great and quick at answering when I text or call. They answer all of my questions without hesitation. I truly have had an amazing experience with BIB Chiropractic care, though I haven't tried their massage therapy yet I can bet the patient care is just as great as the office staff and chiro care I've received!

After going to chiropractors where I was just was just a number and not given a lot of attention, I found Body In Balance. From the first time I was seen by Dr. Dustin, Dr. Tyler and Dr. Scott, not only did they care about me as a patient but he also cared about me as a person. The front desk staff is so friendly, caring and welcoming, they are all wonderful and make me feel like more than just a patient. Massage therapist Rebecca is such a wonderful person and really cares about her clients. I was hurt on the job and with care I received from Dr. Dustin and the team at Body In Balance, I was back on my feet and good as new in no time. I recommend Body In Balance to all my family, friends and coworkers.
