This is an amazing place. The staff is awesome. Dr. Taylor is great, super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She really cares about her patients. They work around your schedule. Best chiropractor I’ve been to.

My roommate went down to the Woodland location as a result of a $21.00 special for new customers on their first visit. Her back has been killing her for over a week now & she scheduled an appointment there looking for help. Well, when she arrived their door was locked, so she knocked on the door & no answer, so she called a got no answer, but recieved an immediate text, saying they see they have missed her call & asking how they could help her. She texted back, explaining she had a 3:00 appointment (for which she was 10 minutes early) & had knocked on their door & gotten no response. They did not respond to this text. Now, she is sitting out in their parking lot, her back hurts & she is pissed off. This review is the result of them not even letting her into their office when she had a scheduled appointment. Thanks for completely wasting her time. This is the WORST experience she has ever had with a doctor in her 63 years. Zero stars really needs to become an option for these reviews.

I had been dealing with neck soreness and bad headaches. My journey with Chiro One started about 3 months ago with an exam and discovered the curvature of my neck was out of alignment. From there, I was given a series of stretching exercises to do along with my adjustments. I'm happy to say that with Dr Taylor and her friendly staff, my neck feels great and my headaches are too.

I have suffered with knee pain sciatica and the last 3 weeks unbelievably to where it was hard to get out of bed and walking I just wanted to cry out loud. I only know had my first visit today with Dr.Taylor (that is her first name) She was caring attentive funny careful and very thorough I am so pleased I will definitely be making this my home chiropractor it's been 2 hours or so since I got out and I could tell a difference just from the first crack 😊. Thank you so much the staff was unbelievably kind caring and funny as well they're a great group and fit well together and this is just my opinion on one visit can't wait to go back. Kudos to all of you, for your kindness and patience.

: Review for Chiro One Wellness Center I brought my son in because he needed an adjustment, and we wanted to try a different chiropractor. I scheduled the first appointment online, but when we arrived, it wasn’t showing up in their system. To their credit, they welcomed us warmly and even gave us a free exam and x-ray, which I appreciated and found hopeful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The first visit took 90 minutes, with a “gentle” adjustment that didn’t feel like much. At the next appointment, instead of focusing on my son’s care, we were led into an office to watch a video about subluxations. It felt condescending and presumptuous, as though I needed to be educated before they would proceed. Afterward, I was told my son would need to come in twice a week for 12 weeks, with additional “therapies,” all totaling over $1,000 a month after my insurance paid its share—and was immediately asked how I would like to pay. When I explained that wasn’t possible, they quickly offered payment plans and lower totals, again pressing me on how I wanted to pay. At that point, it was clear the focus was more on selling a package than providing care. What really upset me was when the doctor told my son that without their full plan, he would NOT get better—and then refused to give him even a basic adjustment unless I committed to the plan. That felt manipulative and unfair, especially to say to a child. We left and will not be returning. My son continued to be in pain until we went to our regular Dr. 35 bucks and a please come in again when you can is what we got and are used to. I have been using chiropractic care for most of my adult life and from it, have experienced great relief and healing.I’m sure they help some people, but in my opinion the process is overly sales-driven and the costs are excessive.
