My best friend is a chiro, and I've seen several since moving to the Portland/Vancouver area. Dr Timm approaches my neck and back issues differently than I've seen in the past, and it's been effective. Yesterday, I woke up with terrible pain from my neck to my shoulder (sleeping is SO dangerous 😳!). I dropped in later in the day after suffering pain all day, and they got me in and taken care of. Thank you! I came for massage therapy, but I'm staying for the chiro, even if the drive is a bit out of my way. Thank you all!!

Dr Timms is an excellent chiropractor it has an understanding not only of the spine and skeleton but also the muscles and soft tissue. He really works on getting to the root cause of your pain and developing a long-term solution rather than just having you come in every week for an adjustment for the rest of your life. He is usually able to get people in quickly and his front desk is very responsive to messages.

I feel so fortunate that Kyle from Timms Family Chiropractic was recommended to me by a friend. I have experience back pain over decades and did not realize how beneficial massage therapy would be for my back pain. Kyle is an exceptional massage therapist and very intuitive when it comes to pinpointing areas to release tension. It is because of his knowledge, skills and expertise that I finally feel a significant relief from pain, which has been life changing. His knowledge, professionalism and kindness are outstanding. Everyone in the office, especially Nicole, the office manager, is very nice, courteous and welcoming. Always a GREAT experience!

I was referred to Dr. Timms and was able to call and schedule my appointment for the same day! Impressive considering the current climate we are enduring. The whole experience was relaxing and from the moment I walked into the office. Dr. Timms was extremely calm and was easy to converse with. He was able to pin point exactly what my issue was. His adjustments are great and gentle, but also gave me the satisfaction of feeling relief. He also gave some great stretching techniques and demonstrations after I was done. I have been to MANY chiropractic doctors and can tell you this was the best experience I have had. Period. Thanks!
