I highly recommend him. Without him I don't know if I'd be able to walk. Chris adjusts me very good and you can exercise and go on the massage table.

Top notch care. He cares about his patients and has modern equipment. My husband and I both see (have seen) Dr. Grose for back issues. He works with our schedules and always follows up with us. I recommend him to everyone I know.

This is the only bad review I've ever left anywhere, but this had to be done. Please do not visit this office. This practice is a scam. They do not treat with the intention of healing as quickly as possible. Instead they just put people (mostly older) on "recovery plans" which involves weekly visits to mostly just stand or lay on outdated machines. I had a sports injury and went in hoping to be corrected and cracked and actually diagnosed. 30+ minutes after my appt time they brought me into the back and spent 20 minutes showing me how the spine works via some elementary laminated info cards. I then saw Chris who stretched me a bit, barely asked about my injury, barely even touched my back, cracked each hip once, and was done with me in less than 5 minutes. He then put me on a roller machine for 10 minutes and had me leave. He said he wanted to see me again two days later. I went in today and again sat 40 minutes after my appointment time. The same lady started showing me some more info cards and said Chris wants to put me on a therapy plan. I firmly said I absolutely will not be doing that and that I need help now. She took me to the back and said that Chris had run out for an errand and should be back soon. Then she came out and said Chris is stuck in traffic and would be over 30 minutes more. He had over 5 patients waiting and left to run an errand. I received virtually no help or care from this doctor. I needed and still need help recovering my back injury and left having invested 4+ hours in his office and $75 having only received two back cracks. The 1 star that Google makes me assign here is for his kind staff. ***Edit, since it won't let me reply to your response. I'm aware that in these situations it is important to get to the root of the problem. Healing is not always going to happen from just one visit. However you guys spent more time showing me pictures of a a spine than actually touching mine. In the past, the chiro I have seen schedules one patient at a time and feels for the problem, up and down the spine and the muscles. Again, you did nothing of the sort. I understand that not everything can be addressed or done in one session but having taken off work and driven an hour round trip to see you, that I would get more than 5 minutes on the table. You seemed more eager to just have me leave and get me back in than to actually even diagnose me. To add to this, yes, I chose not to wait. I had already taken off multiple hours of work and was very unsatisfied. I was afraid I'd give up another hour or more of time and still be left feeling unattended. Shame on you for trying to spin this into it just being your process and how wellness and healing work. Also, I use the word cracked because I do not know the proper term for these things. I simply meant, "diagnosed, assessed, actually felt, rubbed, etc. and yes adjusted."

I was in from out of town having some neck problems. They got me right in and fixed me right up. Friendly low key staff. Small town, family feel. I visit Beckley often so there is a good chance I'll be back!
