I've been receiving care at Charleston Family Chiropractic, PLLC for around 3 weeks now. I presented with back pain and underwent X-rays on my first visit so Dr. Newhouse could properly decide on my plan of treatment. The initial visit was very thorough and I was given the space to share my experience and ask every question I had, which is something I value. My treatment has been entirely professional and has been handled with compassion by Dr. Newhouse and his entire staff. I never feel rushed or burdensome and my experience with pain is never downplayed or talked over. My back pain is eradicated immediately upon each chiropractic adjustment and has been the only relief I've felt in years. Every adjustment is handled very gently and methodically. Dr. Newhouse has also taken steps to give me resources to improve my condition that will eventually result in less frequent adjustment visits. Overall, it's been a very positive experience for me and I'm very appreciative.
