The office is unorganized the billing practices are questionable and unprofessional. When asked if the Doctors office was a participanting provider with my insurance company in network I was informed yes. They are not. They charged my insurance company anywhere from $500 to $600 per visit for chiropractic services. I received a bills in excess of the charges for out of network in the amount of $137 for each visit. To top it all off instead of verifying my mailing address after mail was returned which could have been done with a simple phone call they mailed the bills and confidential information to my employer. I work for the federal government so all mail that comes into the federal government is open in the mailroom. She violated my right to privacy by sending my private billing and medical information directly to my employer which I do believe is a HIPAA violation. I will be following up with the state department of health.
