Dr. Jessica was knowledgeable and kind, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to be adjusted by her due to them not accepting my insurance. I called today to set up an appointment at this location. I had previously been seen at a different chiropractor company location but unfortunately had to stop going there because the dr I was seeing who was trained in prenatal care was leaving that location to work elsewhere. I looked online, found this location, saw doctor Jessica was Webster certified, and I called to make an appointment. All of my insurance info could be seen and checked over before I booked the appointment. They even confirmed was insurance I had. I drove there, was brought back to the room and waited, only to have doctor Jessica tell me that specific location does not accept my insurance and an adjustment would be between $70-$90 I know it wasn’t her fault and she did give me some good advice on how to find another chiropractor that is trained in Webster care, but I’m really disappointed in the receptionists lack of knowledge in her job and the company for even allowing to book to begin with. I switch around my entire night and being 6 months pregnant with another child I’m too tired to book appointments for nothing to come of them. Please keep this in mind if you are using insurance and confirm they accept yours before booking because the receptionist certainly won’t let you know.

Everything about this location screams FAMILY! The environment is warm and inviting. The doctor was thorough and I received more options than I have at other locations. They even had pillows in waiting area to assist folks like myself with back issues. I'll be a client until he retires...

In my experience I did not care for this chiropractic care or the techniques. I've been to a lot of different chiropractors over 12 years and I can tell who is excellent, average or just useless and a waste of time. I went here a few years ago for about 4 visits and ended up feeling worse than when I started so I quit by not showing up anymore and I didn't feel bad about that. A few things I didn't like specifically was that you never know which chiropractor you would get for your next visit. It's not necessarily the same. They also try to upsell you on gimmicky treatments that really don't add much value or fix the underlying issue. They try to make you commit to a plan so they ensure constant cash flow. At the time I went there was sometimes a lady chiropractor that adjusted me and compared to the guy she just wasn't strong enough to do the adjustments properly and couldn't get the same effect as him. The last visit I had I was more pain than when I walked in and I was mad so I never showed or called again. What I've noticed with these chain chiropractors is that they are generally not as good as independent ones. The independent chiropractors that solely operate everything have to be really good at what they're doing or they don't survive. I didn't think these chiropractors were the most experienced or really understood the theory behind what they're doing. Currently I've been going to a highly skilled chiropractor for several years now that doesn't want me coming in more frequently than I have to that's determined on a visit by visit basis. Sometimes it's 3 visits a week and other times it's 1 visit in 6 weeks. Any pain I'm having is cured in just a few visits and it's been consistent. If you don't experience the same you should look elsewhere.
