I cannot express enough how much the decompression chair has done for me! I’ve had lower back issues and upper leg going numb (right side) whether I was sitting or on my feet for a long period of time for years. I’ve had 6-sessions in the last 2-weeks. My lower back pain is all but gone and my leg has not gone numb again since starting. Both chiropractors are excellent. It’s rare to find one let alone two in the same office. I am very picky when it comes to chiropractors because I’ve had a lot of sub-par ones in the past. Again, I highly recommend this place!

Angie and Sam. They are so welcoming, upbeat, and on top of everything, they kind of create this vibe that makes you want to come back. I began my journey with Dr. Liechty and Dr. Lutz about three weeks ago, beginning with the results of my X-Ray, which was a combination of good and bad news. Both doctors did a great job of not only listening, but also understanding all of my fears and concerns, which there were many. Along with the knowledge of the X-Rays and what I had to say, they created a treatment plan just for me, and my well being. In my adjustments they have consistently targeted my areas of pain and tightness. I leave with not only my back, but my whole body feeling so much better, I feel so much more at ease and relaxed. They Listen, They Treat, and most importantly They Care....

Recently i began semi-retirement and shortly thereafter experienced a rather debilitating lower back episode. My daughter, strongly urged me to go see the doctors at Cross Plains Family Chiropractic. We discussed what led up to the episode and reviewed X-rays. What was found was indicative of problems in the L4/L5 region. We also discussed a long history of planter fasciitis. A plan of treatment was agreed upon consisting of adjustments on the affected spine as well as ShockWave treatments on the feet. During the course of treatments, we also discussed a long history of shoulder pain in my left arm. We also began alternating ShockWave treatments between the feet and shoulder. Having started a part time position where it requires long periods of standing & walking (5-6 contiguous hours) and recently spending 10 hours shoveling and snow blowing over the course of a weekend, I can say my physical condition was not impacted at all. We've now moved into a maintenance phase, and everything is stable and feeling great. I want to thank the doctors and staff at Cross Plains Family Chiropractic for all their care and helping me move into a new chapter feeling much better and confident. - Dave

The staff is incredible and answered all my questions. I gave 4 stars for the TWS weight loss because for me it was not enough calories and I found myself starving most of the time. Toward the end we figured out I needed more protein so I increased the amount of protein. However, the only way I would lose weight is by doing a fat buster day at least 2s a week, by eating apples or apples and steak and taking magnesium citrate and smooth move tea daily. That did cause my stomach to hurt. The program is expensive and I lost at least 10 pounds so that is a start. I can say that the red lights somehow significantly decreased all my arthritis pain in my body so that was a HUGE win for me. Everyone is different and my body just needed more food. I ate a LOT of salads and cucumbers.

I just started my journey at Cross Plains family chiropractic. My first appointment went very well and had alot of information and x-rays done. Everything was explained into detail and treatment options were throughly gone through! I have had bad lower back pain for over 10 years caused from mistreated multiple disk issues. Within 2 appointments I have went from having aches right when I wake up to feeling like I never had a back issue. I'm excited to see how I am at the end of my treatments. Here's to feeling better and getting my life back pain free. Thankyou Cross Plains Family Chiropractic! Highly recommended!
