Dr. Boelk and his team have been wonderful. I have been seeing Dr. Boelk since November for my back pain due to disc herniation. I injured a disc in my spine carrying a heavy mechanical couch during a move and it had become painful to move and work. I lost mobility and had difficulty even putting shoes on. The pain was interfering with my everyday lifestyle. At my first visit, Dr. Boelk took X-rays and showed me what was wrong. After reviewing the X-ray results, we agreed upon a treatment plan. Agreeing to this treatment plan was the best choice I've made for my back pain. The spinal decompression has relieved all the pain I felt in my lower back. I can walk, run and exercise without any pain and I'm able to get back in the gym and continue my daily routines. The office staff are very friendly and caring as well. I will definitely continue my treatments here and highly recommend Dr. Boelk's office to anyone seeking exceptional care. Thank you, Dr. Boelk and team, for helping me feel better!!

Dr. Boelk and his team are wonderful! I had severe sciatic pain a few years ago. I followed his recommended treatment and was out of pain after the first visit; there was light at the end of the tunnel. I see him now every 6 or 8 weeks, and it is keeping my pain at bay. The therapy itself is relaxing, and I always feel a little more human when I leave. I highly recommend Dr. Boelk, his team and his health approach.

When I first came here I was suffering from sciatica pain for several months no stop. I tried many different non invasive treatments, pain killers but relieve was just temporary. I heard about doctor Boelk on social media and after reading other people testimonials about him I decide to try . It felt better since my first session. After 12 I felt I was improving a lot but still had room to get better so we decide trying 12 more . After 36 sessions I felt I was back to normal. I could get back to surf, jiu jitsu and work after 6 months away . Doctor helped me through the whole process, leaving me free to decide the next step and being honest about expectations. I've had a great experience at The Spinal Decompression & Chiropractic Center of San Diego. I had visited a couple places before beginning treatment, had a great feeling about Dr. Boelk and the staff, and how their approach was a "full body" treatment, using nutrition, exercises, and more. I was in terrible shape before, with fairly constant pain that affected all aspects of my life, but now am fully mobile- I have phased out regular visits and go in infrequently but still have the best care. I highly recommend, thanks for all, Doc!

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Boelk and his staff at the Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Center of San Diego. They have a great protocol and the best decompression machines. I’ve been to other places with sub par machines and didn’t get any benefit. Dr. Boelk is very attentive and cares about each person, you can see it in how he interacts with everyone. Been undergoing treatment for about 12 sessions now and the sciatica is gone and I’m almost back to normal, didn’t think it would ever heal but even after the first session I had tremendous relief and could sleep mostly pain free for the first time in months. Definitely worth the investment! Thank you!
