I just started with red light therapy. I really liked the Dr. and the atmosphere at Adio. There's a lot they offer that I'm going to explore. The session was relaxing, followed by vibration, and a device that increases blood flow. Dr. Consults with you in the beginning and explains everything at each step.

DO NOT go to this chiropractor, I have been struggling for months with intense back pain I came here and “Dr. Jeff Stickel” gave me an X-ray and diagnosed me with 2 herniated discs and scoliosis, after a month of going to him and him adjusting me and trying to convince me to go on his program which was $202 a month and no improvement I decided to go to urgent care they informed me that not only do I not have scoliosis (from looking at the xray it appears I was standing crooked compensating from my pain) but that you cannot diagnose herniated disc through xray you have to get an MRI. It turns out I have Sciatic pain. I was given Anti-inflammatory medication and toradal and my nightmare seems to me over. I would not trust a word he says.

I want to share my opinion and responsibly say that I went in with intense pain, unable to bend down, with one arm numb and a lot of pain in my hip. I left with less pain, no numbness in my arm, and after two days I already felt more active. I just want to thank you for your time, your work, and everything you do to help people have a better quality of life. They speak both English and Spanish, the place has parking in the back, and the entire staff provides excellent service. I’m very grateful.
